100days challenge

Since i encountered problem with the modem at home, i will updating my diet menu in this blog instead the other blog. We've agreed to start  the challenge on 1.1.12..ive started earlier though,20.11.12. WE are referring to leha,zita and i..not to forget alya as the observer (she is forced to join our challenge..haha..thats what friends are for). We are striving towards healthy lifestyle and to achieve ideal weight by end of 100days. Bear with us. Bear with my next entry. ;)

hari 4 dalam ramadhan

update progress hari 4:
tak pi walking pun kat gym. wat? wat? WHAT?
ok.. dah hari 4.

sbb hari2 ade wokshop plak kan. dr workshop trus blk umah, x pegi pun mengeluarkan keringat kat gym opis. (alasan)....
nmpk gaye esok pun mcm x pegi, sbb ade org ajak buke kat excapade brunei~. (alasan lagi)..
last week,complete 5 hari kat gym.
this week. nan hado kau~~

takpe2.. sabtu leh stat... ngeee~~

2nd day and 3rd day puase, makanan ditaja sepenuhnye oleh sko cafe (nasi beriyani & nasi ayam)..
tp 2nd day tu mkn ngan fren wid, mkn kat ctr.. byk melantak? sahur kyg lagi, lantas minum air kosong n kurma jek..

hari ni la fes time msk beriye dgn resminye. itu pun satu resipi jek.
bubur lambuk daging ala 'merikan' .. sbb masak kat kg merikan kan.. tu la namenye..hehe


senang jek kakak2 abg2 kalo nk msk ni.. campak2 jek.. hee hee
a. tumis dulu bawang2 n daging... kalo ade nak letak jintan2 la, bunga lawang la, cengkih la, boh la sekali..serai, halia, udang kering... i letak yg simple2 jek yg ade lam peti ais.. ;)
b. masuk beras and sukat air .. tuk brown rice: 1 sukat beras, 10 sukat air tuk bubur ye..sehat kan resipi bubur i ni...
c. bile dah menggelegak, masuk la plak kentang... tunggu gelegak lagi, masuk laa sayur2 ke.. ape2 je u all nk campur kan.. nak kasik kalerful skit, letak carrot..
d. pastu, sedikit susu or santan.. nak pekatkan die..
e. last sekali daun sup..
tadaaaaaa~~~~~~



tadek rase ralat lansung pki brown rice tu.. sedap die same je mcm kg baru punye. eh??
heeeee~

ramadhan 2011

salam ramadhan 2011. pejam celik pejam celik, dah masuk ramadhan kali ke-5 kat miri. wat? 5?? lame tuuu..... ok nex year kompem pindah blk kl. heeee...

hari ni, fes day pose.. selamat menyambut ramadhan pade kenkwn sume..

ramadhan kali ni, insyaAllah nk tingkatkan amalan
(nak penuhkan malam2 dgn solat sunat terawih and bykkan zikir and mengaji alQuran)
dan
mengamalkan gaya permakanan hidup yg sihat (dlm erti kate lain, diet+joging)



mane2 azam mesti ade program lose weight tu kan..tapi x kurus2 jugak.. hahah..
takpe kite cube kali ni..
tgk tweets si aidid marcelo and maya karin yg joging and pi gym sblm berbuke pose, adelah sgt tercabar saye ni..

ok lah..hari ni x berjaya nak joging..sbb fes day puase mungkin, kandungan gule dlm bdn rendah, tambah2 lagi cuace panas elnino yg melanda miri ni... sgt penin paler..sembhyg terawih pun berpeluh2..

same2 kite jayakan matlamat bulan ramadhan kali ini.. insyaAllah..

then, mase tu la korg perasan yg korg taknak kehilangan die.
maybe, korg tak tahu lagi yg perasaan korg terhadap die, ialah cinta or sayang sesame bespren.

for dinner

erm what i had today for dinner?

balik dr ofis, still early.. kol 530pm..perut lapar giler.. lunch td mkn kue tiaw tomyam.. x tau nape lapar giler.. *_*
sampi jek umah, trus bergegas ke dapur..
msk simpl32 jek. tapi yang penting, low calorie food too..

pasta in mushroom soup with beef salami
tak susah pun buat..main campak2 jek..
  • mushroom soup instant from campbell
  • pasta (rebus dulu ye)
  • beef salami
  • sedikit oregano...
didihkan air, masukkan pasta yg direbus, masukkan beef salami n oregano.. siap~~~~ mcm rancangan ela eli dlm rancangan 'a.l.o.n.g' tu pulak kan..
dihidangkan di dpn tv.. yummy~~~~

Day 8 & 9.. dublin

journey in ireland mesti ditutup kisahnye dgn sempurna.. ;) bukan ape, jadi rujukan di mase hadapan.



on saturday, 11th march, day 8..
we spent our day and night just in dublin. round sana sini, did the last survey for souvenir and chocs and shopping, shopping, shopping... lame jugak aku kat kedai 2euro tu nak pilih coklat n souvenir bagai beg tak brape besar, so kene budget2 jugak la size setiap barang tu.. haha







mesti singgah kedai kopi tertua kat sane..

on sunday, 12th march, day 9..
yeah.. our flight was at 8.00am in the morning.. kol 6 pagi dh keluar dr rumah, jalan menyusuri kota dublin dgn luggage-luggage yg besar... jauh kot jalan, about 1 km.. yup 1km.. ngan cuace sejuk menggigil tu, berlari2 lagi taknak tertinggal bus.. padehal bus byk jek.. every 15 mins to airport..



sempat jugak pagi2 capture moment kat tempat bridge @ main river..



jgn lupe submit refund tax form kat airport, resit2 pembelian tu jgn dibuang ye...

tiba di klia at 2.30 pm, monday, 13th march..
after 8 hrs (dublin - dubhai), 5 hours waiting at dhubai, and another 7 hours (dubhai - msia).. oh ya another 4 hours (lcct - miri).. huhu.. akhirnye selamat tibe di miri....




yeay~ blk ke tpt khatulistiwa.. damainye malaysia tapi dah rindu suasana kat ireland.. T_T
